Ferrybank, Waterford – Rossdale has just received from Kilkenny County Council planning permission to construct a primary healthcare centre at their site in Ferrybank.  This consists of 20,000 sq. ft. on two floors and will compliment the residential development which will also feature a community centre and a crèche.

Carrigtwohill Town Centre - Currently in the planning process for a town centre in the middle of Carrigtwohill just off the N25.  It consists of offices and residential as well as 50,000 anchor store and 10 additional shop units.
